We were responsible for overseeing the development, sales, and marketing of a Class IIa medical device that was subject to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and the FDA 510K process. We delivered on the product development process, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and driving sales efforts to ensure the successful launch and adoption of the device.
